EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE & RESILIENCE TRAINING 8-WEEK PROGRAM

Emotional Intelligence and Resilience Training (EIRT) is an 8-week program designed to introduce the philosophy and practices of mindfulness. Through the formal practice of meditation, we endeavor to grow an intimate and friendly relationship with ourselves and our minds that empowers us to be present with our lives from a space of authenticity, openness, and compassion. Cultivating a connection to ourselves allows for a deeper presence in our lives, a robust understanding of our emotional states and subsequently a spaciousness for responsiveness instead of reactivity, as well as a resilience in our relationship with ourselves, others, and our lives as a whole.

YOGA

Yoga provides an opportunity to step out of routine, to move your body in awkward and exciting ways, and to deeply connect to yourself, your emotions, and your own innate power by using the breath to be, intimately, with each experience.

MEDITATION

Whether you desire to connect to your thoughts, your own bodily sensations, to become aware of being present in the moment, or to work through physical and emotional pain, I can provide in-person or indirect guided meditations via phone, FaceTime, or Zoom.

MINDFULNESS COACHING

Combining a background in evolutionary biology, psychology, and Buddhist philosophy with RYT, 200 yoga certification, 300-hour Mindfulness Teacher Certification, Trauma Informed Outreach certification, and personal study of current transformational research, I am available to guide you through any personal experiences, changes, and desires for greater connection in your life.
